Koh Soo Keong

Mr. Koh has over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of SembCorp Logistics and the President of ST Logistics until he retired from the company in April 2007. Under Mr Koh’s leadership, the company’s market capitalization grew from S$70m in 1999 to S$2.5b in 2006 before the company was acquired by Toll Holdings Ltd. He was a board member of Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) for more than 14 years and was the AVA Chairman for the last 8 years before his retirement in 2016. He was also Chairman/Independent Director of Ascendas Fund Manager for 8 years Currently, Mr. Koh sits on a few boards including Farrer Park Hospital and a US NASDAQ publicly listed company. He holds two patents and has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), a Master of Business Administration and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Law from the University of Singapore. 

Quek Peck Lim

Mr. Quek is one of three co-founders of PrimePartners Group and is an Adviser and member of the Board of PPG.  He was until the end of 2018 the Chairman of PrimePartners Corporate Finance, a Member of the Board of Directors of Aris PrimePartners Asset Management and former Managing Director of Securities and Research, BNP Prime Peregrine.  Prior to establishing PrimePartners, Mr.  Quek was Director of Research for Morgan Grenfell (Asia) Group where, under his research leadership, Morgan Grenfell Asia & Partners Securities Pte Ltd was voted the top research house in Singapore equities by the Global Investor Magazine in 1989 and by Asiamoney Magazine in 1990, 1992, and 1993. Mr. Quek was himself voted the top analyst in Singapore in 1992 by professional fund managers. Prior to joining the Morgan Grenfell (Asia) Group in 1987, Mr. Quek was Senior Assistant Editor of Euromoney Magazine in London, where he specialized in covering the development of international equity markets and emerging country stock markets. Mr. Quek is a graduate of the University of Singapore with a degree in business administration. 

Fong Cheng Kee

Mr. Fong manages his own investment business dealing in environmental products and wine logistics. He served as Chief Executive Officer of ST-Airport Services of SembCorp. Industries Ltd., from 1996 to 2006. From 2002 to 2006, he served as Business Development Director of Toll (SCL) Ltd. (formerly known as SembCorp Logistics Ltd). He served as a Managing Director of Singapore Offshore Petroleum Services from 2000 to 2002. He worked for a total of 10 years for SembLog until his retirement in 2006. His past employers included Shell Marketing, Singapore Automotive, Komatsu and Mindef. He served as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Aqua-terra Supply Co. Ltd since March 2008. He holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and an Engineering Degree from King’s College of London. 

Teo Ek Tor

Mr. Teo is the Chairman of PrimePartners Group, PrimePartners Corporate Finance and Aris PrimePartners Asset Management, a joint venture asset management company based in Singapore.  He had contributed to and been instrumental in the development of two major regional investment banking groups – Morgan Grenfell Asia (1980 – 1993) and BNP Prime Peregrine (1994 – 1999).  Mr. Teo held senior executive positions within the Morgan Grenfell Asia group and was the Regional Managing Director of BNP Prime Peregrine (Singapore) Ltd.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors), with a major in Business Administration, from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. 

Board Consultant

Professor Zhou Weibiao, BSc, MEng, PhD.

Prof. Zhou has decades of experience in food science and technology research. Over the years, he has held various professional positions in a number of organisations in Australia, Canada, China, France and USA, including being a board member of the previous Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA). Prof. Zhou’s research interests and expertise are in food engineering and food processing, particularly baking processes, dairy processes, drying, functional foods, and process modelling, optimization and control.
